In addition to the Series A and Series B QVC Group and Liberty Ventures common stock, there are 4 billion shares of Series C QVC Group and 400 million shares of Series C Liberty Ventures common stock authorized for issuance. As of March 31, 2017,  no shares of any Series C QVC Group or Liberty Ventures common stock were issued or outstanding.
