Greg Maffei oversees the Liberty family of companies as they compete in the digital mobile era.  Liberty's stocks have consistently outperformed the indexes and peers. Liberty Media ranked #8 in Fortune’s 2021 World’s Most Admired Companies in the Media & Entertainment Industry.

Maffei serves as President and CEO of Liberty Media Corporation, which owns media and entertainment businesses, including subsidiaries Formula 1, SiriusXM and the Atlanta Braves, and an interest in Live Nation Entertainment.  He is President and CEO of Liberty Broadband Corporation, which consists primarily of a 25% voting stake in Charter Communications and subsidiary GCI, and is President and CEO of Liberty Media Acquisition Corporation, a newly incorporated blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Maffei also serves as Chairman and CEO of Liberty TripAdvisor, which holds a controlling interest in TripAdvisor.

In addition, Maffei serves as Executive Chairman of Qurate Retail, Inc., which owns digital commerce businesses, including subsidiaries QVC, HSN, Zulily and the Cornerstone Brands.  Maffei also serves as Chairman of the Liberty-related companies Live Nation Entertainment, SiriusXM and TripAdvisor, and as a Director of Charter Communications and Zillow.

Prior to joining Liberty in 2005, Maffei served as Co-President of Oracle, Chairman and CEO of 360networks, and CFO of Microsoft.  He has also served as a Director of Barnes & Noble, Citrix, DIRECTV, Dorling Kindersley, Electronic Arts and Starbucks and was Chairman of Expedia and Starz.

Maffei is a member of the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College and Council on Foreign Relations.  He has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and an AB from Dartmouth College.

Mike George has served as CEO of Qurate Retail, Inc. since March 2018 and as CEO of QVC®, Inc. since 2005. He also served as President of QVC, Inc. from 2005 through July 2021.

In November 2020, Mike announced his planned retirement from Qurate Retail at year-end 2021 after 16 years of successful leadership.

Globally, Qurate Retail GroupSM is a world leader in video commerce, among the top ecommerce retailers in North America (according to Digital Commerce 360), and a leader in mobile commerce and social commerce. The retailer reaches approximately 218 million homes worldwide via 14 television networks and reaches millions more via multiple streaming services, social pages, mobile apps, websites, print catalogs, and in-store destinations. Thanks to its 26,000 team members worldwide, Qurate Retail Group combines the best of retail, media, and social to curate products, experiences, conversations, and communities for millions of highly discerning shoppers, while also curating large audiences for thousands of brand vendors.

Mike came to QVC, Inc. from Dell, Inc., where he was the Chief Marketing Officer and also led its U.S. Consumer business. Prior to this, Mike was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co., Inc. and led the firm’s North American Retail Industry Group. He also served as a member of the firm’s partner evaluation committee.

Mike is Chairman of the National Retail Federation Board of Directors. He serves on the Board of Directors for Qurate Retail, Inc., Ralph Lauren, and the National Constitution Center. He also is a member of CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion. Mike served on the Brinker International Board of Directors from 2013 to January 2020 and on the Payless ShoeSource Board of Directors from 2003 to 2006. In addition, he served on the Kimmel Center Board of Directors for six years and the Board of Directors for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for 10 years.

Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and his master’s degree in finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

David Rawlinson

President and CEO-Elect

David Rawlinson II – has served as President and CEO-Elect of Qurate Retail, Inc. since August 1, 2021, and will assume the role of President and CEO on October 1, 2021.

David joins Qurate Retail from NielsenIQ where he served as CEO. Prior to that, he was President of Grainger Global Online, where he led the fastest growth, stand-alone division of W.W. Grainger, Inc. (NYSE: GWW), a Fortune 500 Company, and under his leadership the business grew double digits every year and won multiple national awards for workplace culture. David serves on the boards of Discover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS) and NielsenIQ. He previously served on the board of MonotaRO Co. Ltd., a top Japanese e-commerce and industrial retail firm and Nielsen Holdings (NYSE: NLSN). David has held executive roles with ITT Exelis, formerly ITT Corp.

He also served a Presidential appointment as a White House Fellow and held various appointed positions in both the Bush and Obama administrations. In the Obama Administration, he was a Senior Advisor for Economic Policy with the White House National Economic Council.

David has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law and is a graduate of The Citadel.

Chief Portfolio Officer

Courtnee Chun serves as Chief Portfolio Officer for Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail. Inc., Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., Liberty Broadband Corporation and Liberty Media Acquisition Corporation. As Chief Portfolio Officer, Ms. Chun is responsible for monitoring and enhancing the operating performance of many of the Liberty portfolio companies. She is also the primary contact for investors, analysts and the press and leads the LibertyGives Foundation, a non-profit organization which supports causes benefitting underprivileged and at-risk youth in Colorado. Ms. Chun has been with Liberty since February 2008. Previously. Ms. Chun served as VP Opportunity Development at Level 3, Chief Financial Officer at New Global Telecom and prior to these roles received extensive transaction experience through corporate development work at FirstWorld Communications and investment banking at JP Morgan.

Ms. Chun is a director of Central Garden and Pet and previously was a director of LendingTree, Inc., Expedia Group, Inc., and HSN, Inc. She holds a BA in Economics (with honors) and Math from Claremont McKenna College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Albert E. Rosenthaler serves as Chief Corporate Development Officer of Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail, Inc., Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., Liberty Broadband Corporation and Liberty Media Acquisition Corporation. As Chief Corporate Development Officer, Mr. Rosenthaler is responsible for identifying and pursuing investment and other opportunities and assists in setting strategic direction to maximize shareholder value. Mr. Rosenthaler has been with Liberty since April 2002 and most recently served as Liberty’s Chief Tax Officer before taking on his current role in October 2016.

Mr. Rosenthaler serves as a director of Liberty TripAdvisor and TripAdvisor. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Olivet College and a Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois.

Brian J. Wendling is Chief Accounting Officer & Principal Financial Officer of Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail, Inc., Liberty Broadband Corporation and Liberty Media Acquisition Corporation. He is also Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. Mr. Wendling has held various positions with these companies and their predecessors since 1999. Prior to joining these companies, he worked in the assurance practice of the accounting firm, KPMG.

Mr. Wendling has previously served on the boards of Fun Technologies Inc. and CommerceHub, Inc. He also serves on the board of Clothes to Kids of Colorado. Mr. Wendling received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University.

Renee L. Wilm serves as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail, Inc., Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., Liberty Broadband Corporation and Liberty Media Acquisition Corporation. Ms. Wilm is responsible for managing legal and regulatory matters, providing strategic support across departments and supervising the day-to-day operations of our parent companies. Previously, Ms. Wilm was a Senior Partner with the law firm Baker Botts L.L.P., where she represented Liberty and its predecessors for over twenty years, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, complex capital structures and shareholder arrangements, as well as securities offerings and matters of corporate governance and securities law compliance. At Baker Botts, Ms. Wilm was a member of the Executive Committee, the East Coast Corporate Department Chair and Partner-in-Charge of the New York office.

Ms. Wilm holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with High Honors in Finance from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctorate degree from St. John’s University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and served as the Executive Articles Editor of the St. John’s Law Review.  Ms. Wilm serves on the Board of Advisors for the Fashion, Arts, Media & Entertainment Law Center at Cardozo Law School, Gala Committee of St. Mary’s Academy and Teach for America Central Florida Advisory Board.

Ben Oren is Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail, Inc., Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., Liberty Broadband Corporation and Liberty Media Acquisition Corporation. Mr. Oren spent the previous twenty years in various investment banking roles. Most recently, Mr. Oren was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse, where he advised companies across multiple sectors including Technology, Media and Telecom on a broad set of capital markets transactions. At Credit Suisse, Mr. Oren was a member of the Investment Banking Committee, Corporate Insights Advisory Counsel, Capital Markets Innovation Counsel, and Americas Head of Liability Management. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Oren was an Executive Director at UBS Securities, LLC. Mr. Oren holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
